American Music Festival for the Lake

Celebrating 75 Years of the Washington County Historical Society: Our Past, Present, and Future

The Washington County Historical Society's annual meeting entitled, "Celebrating 75 Years of the Washington County Historical Society: Our Past, Present, and Future", will be on Saturday, October 24th at the Fort Miller Reformed Church in historic Fort Miller (off Rt. 4 between Schuylerville and Fort Edward). This program will begin at 10 a.m. with a coffee hour and will incorporate our annual meeting at 10:30 a.m. There will be a luncheon (price TBD) at noon and at 1 p.m. Dr. Clifford Brown, historian and faculty member at Union College will present a new program: "New Findings in the Continuing Saga of Solomon Northup." There is no charge to attend Dr. Brown's talk. For further information on this event please contact WCHS at (518) 747-9108.
