The main campus is located 2 miles from exit 19 off the Northway, in Queensbury, NY. It is just 15 minutes from Saratoga, 45 minutes from Rutland, Vermont and 60 minutes from Albany.

Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport In Queensbury

Formerly known as the Warren County Airport, the Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport has been serving Queensbury, NY and the surrounding area since the early 1940s.

Queensbury School District

The Queensbury Union Free School District is unique in several ways. The most visible way is that all of the town's public schools, Queensbury Elementary, William H. Barton Intermediate School, Queensbury Middle School, and Queensbury High School, reside on the same 200 acre campus.

Six Flags Great Escape

Little-known fact: the Six Flags Great Escape Theme Park and Splashwater Kingdom is not located in Lake George, as many assume, but is actually located in Queensbury, NY.

Queensbury NY is located at the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in Warren County. Once a popular hunting and fishing area for the Iroquois, Queensbury still offers an abundance of recreation opportunities and is regularly visited by nature lovers.

In addition to being known for its spectacular scenery, Queensbury NY serves thousands of tourists each year! The town is noted for its amusement parks (most notably Six Flags Great Escape and Splashwater Kingdom), golf courses and ski trails. The Warren County Bike Path runs from Lake George to Glens Falls NY and is easily accessible. The many local lakes, like Glen Lake, offer easy access to water for swimming, canoeing and boating.

Area students from all over Warren County come to Queensbury to learn! Suny Adirondack is part of the New York State University System and offers a variety of Associates Degrees, Bachelor Degrees and Certificate Programs.
