i went in for breakers and they didn't even have a basic 20 amp over 20,000 items but none in stock!!!!! very disapointed :(

Hill Electric had a serious issue with one of our main suppliers, Siemens. We normally try to have a 4 week supply of all fast moving products on our shelves and reorder every week or so to maintain that stock level. During the beginning of September, Siemens changed the way they priced many items that Hill Electric purchases from them. Once this was resolved, Siemens had a shipping lead time of over 3 weeks on their very popular 20 amp breakers. This is compared to a 2-3 day lead time. During this time frame, Hill Electric purchased circuit breakers from other distributors to keep product on our shelf, but we were not successful in doing so consistently. This situation is not a regular occurrence. I apologize for the inconvenience that Jason and anyone else experienced. Scott Schwartz, President
