 Don't you wish they offered these classes in school!?  Getting back to our roots while we discuss the influx of hops back into our region as well as how to grow hops in your backyard.  If your hops grow well, you learn how to make a great beer, and now what?  Yes, we will even educate you on the ins and outs of a small and large craft brewery.

How to Hops 101 - Michael Roffman, founder and general manager at Atlantic Hops and Gregg Baimel, head of market development for Gorst Valley Hops will discuss hop production in our region and how to get started for either beginners or hop aficionados

Start a Brewery 101 - Craig Thiesen from Peaks Organic will discuss the ins and outs of starting a brewery and why anyone would want to do it or why he did it!  Craig will save half of his time to answer questions.
