4th Annual Snowshoe Outing for HPH& PC slated for February 25th
Queensbury - 4th Annual High Peaks Hospice & Palliative Care Snowshoe Outing will be held on Saturday, February 25th, 2012 at Up Yonda Farm in Bolton Landing at 10am.
Registrations are being accepted for the 4th Annual Snowshoe Outing! This fun, family-focused event will be held on Saturday, February 25th, 2012 (the last Saturday of winter break, for those of you with kids in school!) at 10am at Up Yonda Farm in Bolton Landing. $20 pledge/pp includes snowshoes!

High Peaks Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. provides a holistic approach to end-of-life care. The interdisciplinary team include nurses (RNs and LPNs), social workers, home health aides, a hospice physician, a bereavement counselor, trained volunteers, chaplains, nutrition counselors and therapists.
