Don't go into hibernation: put on your winter running gear and join us for a different kind of race! The Adirondack Runners annual Polar Cap race is 4 miles of frosty fun.
This 4-mile course will challenge you with some rolling hills, but also offers a long fast section along the southern end of beautiful Lake George and a downhill cruise to the finish.
Race proceeds help support two important local charities: Sacred Heart Food Pantry and Upstate NY Autism Awareness.
Pre-registration: $20 ($15 for The Adirondack Runners club members). Race-day registration: $25 for all.
Packet pick-up and race-day registration 8:00 - 9:30 am at the Lake George Elementary School, Sun Valley Dr, Lake George, NY
Shirts to the first 175 registered. Sizes are not guaranteed.
Access to school cafeteria and bathrooms. No locker room or shower access.
Warm refreshments to be served at the finish.
Awards to Overall Winners (M & F, 1st - 3rd) and Age Group Winners (M & F, 1st - 3rd) 19 & under, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over. Walker Division - Overall 1st - 3rd
