SAIL is here to empower, educate, and equip our community to increase independence! The Center will promote the concepts of self-determination and person centered planning for work, leisure and life.

Our focus at the Independent Living Center is to assist individuals with disabilities to become independent empowered self-advocates. We will work within our community to remove physical and attitudinal barriers that stand in the way of independence. Have you registered to vote? Need to change your mailing address with the Board of Elections? SAIL will be joining millions of Americans in an effort to making registering to VOTE easy! In observance of "Voter Registration Day" September 23 from 8am to 4pm Advocates will be available ALL DAY to assist individuals to complete Voter Registration Forms. Assistance available at our Queensbury and Ballston Spa locations. Walk ins are WELCOME and ENCOURAGED!
