At the Cafe: Our freshly baked breads fill the air with marvelous aroma each morning as innovative specials get prepared for the day. Weddings & Events: Our catering services range from the casual backyard barbecue to sumptuous 5-course meals delivered by boat to a lovely island. Weddings for 50 to 500 guests are a regular part of our schedule and each is an event we personalize with care and attention.

Our goal each time is to bring fabulous food, artfully arranged, so your guests know how special they are. We meet or exceed our goals in every instance.

Corporate Catering: A specialty at Samantha's is the corporate luncheon. I just love that Samantha's has Gluten-Free bread on hand, and always has a Gluten-Free soup selection!

This past year has been difficult for me (since realizing the allergy), but Carole's staff always goes out of their way to make my experience a great one. Samantha's is my favorite sanctuary from the hustle and bustle in Glens Falls -- it's just a great, cute, fun, local place in general!

I had lunch at Samantha's today. The atmosphere is comfortable, cozy, and lived in and the entire staff are lovely and courteous. But most impressive is the food, which ranges from great to amazing. Their soups, all made from scratch, are mind-numbingly delicious and their bread is pure heaven. Today's lunch was perhaps the best meal I've ever had. Well worth the money and trip.
