I am passionate about helping others change their lives for the better, and learn how to create a healthier future for themselves, their communities and those they care about. For me, it is all about promoting health, and the prevention of illness, injury and disease, both as an RN and as a person. You don't have to be perfect to live a great life! But wellness is key––taking the best care of yourself that you can throughout your life.
