awful. I put in a change of address over 3 weeks ago and have not received any mail since. I have called at least 5o times and no one answers. I know they ignore the phone, I've witnessed it in person. They don't want to be bothered. JUST PLAIN AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!
I moved to glens falls 7 months ago and my packages that were sent to my home witch I put in a forward address to my po box seems to always get sent back to sender for some odd reason and I paid 59.00 for the box now they telling me I have to pay $75.00 for the box for 6 Moths they always seem to never deliver my Mail properly I use the po box and the banks mail got returned to sender and so did the IRS ,Now I do Not understand why I have to Pay16.00 more for a box and why .They never seem to deliver correctly I have lived in 48 States and this by Far is The Worst Post office I have Ever had to Deal with.
