Alicia is an AUTHORIZED OSHA OUTREACH TRAINER, having completed over 26 OSHA Training Institute classes.

My recent attendance of an OSHA 30 training course presented by Ms. Dorsey was all I had hoped for. Topics were explained thoroughly, then further examined in real-world applications. Most important to me however, was that it generated numerous ideas and action items for me to implement in my company's safety program. To me, THAT is the mark of a great course - with $ and time well-spent as important criteria, as well. She was always willing to examine a topic in deatil if asked, and her style made for a fun and comfortable five days. Her knowledge and experience were clearly evident. In the simplest term...she knows her stuff!
