Mistake after mistake. First they forgot to fix a scratch, no big deal happens, so they tell me 2 minutes to fix. They burn through the clear down to raw paint and then bring it out and say yeah it's a little " dull" but the scratch is basically gone! If I didn't know any better he would have let drive off this way.
So I call him on this and he says ok they have to paint the whole door.
Ok we schedule the door painting. When I pick the car up they are trying to charge me for the repair!? NO WAY THEIR MISTAKE. Also this is an insurance claim so I'm sure he was going to charge the insurance company as well.
I get the car home I find a another buff mark through the clear, much worst than the original on the hood. They also did not paint the whole door like they said and tried to charge me for. They brushed in he area of the starch which looks awful.
Can't believe what terrible work was done. Now I am going to take my car to someone else to fix all their mistakes.
Up front I was told it would be a one day job, all told I was with out my car 6 days.
Fail fail fail from start to failed end.
