AT&T Wireless accepted my money for prepaid phone service then updated their local towers and stopped providing service for my phone. They did this without prior notice. For five months they have told me I must have damaged my phone but recently admitted they no longer provide service to pre-3G phones like mine. Corporate refused to refund my balance and told me I need to buy a new phone. They will not honor their agreement to provide 365 days of service as indicated on refill card.
