Adirondack Health Institute

The Adirondack Health Institute (AHI) is a joint venture of Adirondack Medical Center, Community Providers, Inc. (CVPH), and Hudson Headwaters Health Network.  Its service area includes Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Saratoga Warren and Washington counties.

AHI has been established to expand regional collaboration among health care providers serving the Adirondack North Country of New York State. AHI will help address rapid changes and challenges to the health care system by coordinating planning, recruiting, clincial activities, outreach and by overseeing grant-supported programs.
