GLENS FALLS, NY — There are so many great, locally owned businesses in the Glens Falls Region. To honor these deserving member businesses for their achievements, The Adirondack Business Council of the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce (ARCC) will honor the best of the best, in the annual Business of the Year Awards.
The ARCC will be accepting nominations for its “2011 Business of the Year” awards through May 13th, 2011. Awards will be presented to deserving ARCC member businesses for their achievements in business, economic and quality of life contributions to the Adirondack region. Award recipients will be announced at the annual Business of the Year Breakfast on June 22, 2011 at Fort William Henry in Lake George, NY.
Nominations Are Being Accepted For the Following Categories :
Large Business of the Year – Recognition of established business of 51 or more employees.
Professional Business of the Year – Recognition of established professional business (accountants, attorneys, architects, doctors, etc.) of 2-50 employees Professional Business of the Year – Recognition of established professional business (accountants, attorneys, architects, doctors, etc.) of 2-50 employees
Steven M. Sutton Small Business of the Year – Recognition of established business of 2-50 employees
Rookie Business of the Year – Recognition of business in existence for 3 years or less and shows great promise for continued success. 2-50 employees
Independent Business of the Year – Recognition of individually owned and operated business with no employees who is not supported or backed by a corporation or franchise
